RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase.
We aim to make all of our customers happy, and so customer satisfaction is at the top of our goals list, however occasionally there may be a defect with our items or we may ship you the wrong order.
In the event of this happening don't worry we will be on hand to sort this out for you.
Contact us with a photo of the items and we will send you your correct order at no extra cost.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
REFUNDS POLICY
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

We do not accept returns normally, we like all of our customers to be able to vote with their taste buds and so replace damaged goods, but if you would like to be refunded please contact us Within 7 days of receipt at borteleysauthentic@hotmail.com for details on where to return items.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges if the order was correct and there is no issue with the items. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send your return.
